CCLA holding registration for spring season

Registration for Collier County Lacrosse Association’s spring 2019 season is underway.

Boys from age 5 to 14 can be registered at to practice, play games and participate in coaches clinics that teach lacrosse — the fastest growing sport in the United States. Former college and professional lacrosse players will coach the teams, and no experience is required.

The spring season runs from the week of Jan. 7 to April 27. The fee for the season is $280 and includes practice and games two to three times a week, mini tournaments (Jamborees), one coaches clinic and full uniform (jersey, shorts and shooter shirt). Players must have proper equipment: helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick and protective cup.
